Voguing for Donations

  • This is a fundraiser in support of Black Lives Matter, and these specific causes.

  • Please donate a minimum of $10 USD

  • In return, I will mock up a fake magazine cover for you, in one of the following styles:

    • Vogue

    • Vanity Fair

    • GQ

    • Time

    • Rolling Stone

Inspired by my first interaction with Mark Kanemura (back in April 2019), as well as the May/June 2020 trend (meme?) of people creating fake Vogue covers, I figured I’d use my powers for good, and turn this into a way to fundraise for these Black Lives Matter initiatives.

How to participate:

  1. SEND RECEIPTS:
    DM me a screenshot of your donation receipt of at least $10 USD to one of these efforts, or any other similar BLM-related cause (Receipt must be dated same day of DM please; trying to garner more new donations)

  2. TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT:
    DM me your MOST DRAMATIC PHOTO!

    • For donations of $10 USD, I’ll impose the magazine logo, a fake headline, and some light retouching.

    • For donations of $25+ USD, I’ll also add fake headlines (provided by you).

    • For donations of $50+ USD, I can try my hand at replicating the style of a magazine not listed in the main selection.

  3. LET ME DO IT:
    I will send you your cover mockup as soon as it’s completed. (Please allow time for me to finish, as I work during the day. Thank you!)

What you’ll get:

  • The full-res digital 2100x3000px magazine mockup cover

  • A digital 2000x2000px framing (best for Instagram; like this)
